FROSTED KIR ROYALE

On arrival enjoy a complimentary “Frosted Kir Royale” which is a winter twist on the classic cocktail, perfect for festive celebrations. We begin with a splash of chilled crème de cassis, offering a rich, berry sweetness reminiscent of a winter forest. It’s topped with sparkling wine, creating a cascade of bubbles that dance like snowflakes in the glass. To give it a seasonal touch, a hint of vanilla bean adds warmth, while a garnish of frozen cranberries and a twist of lemon zest evokes the crispness of a frosty winter morning. The Frosted Kir Royale is a sip of winter wonderland, sparkling with festive cheer.

Welcome to Aslan’s Feast, a festive menu celebrating bold flavours and timeless traditions, crafted to warm both heart and soul during this magical season. Our dedicated chef’s will be serving a banquet fit for a king (or queen), with something to tempt even the fussiest of taste buds. Start with Arancini & winter salad, followed by Sage roasted Turkey with all the trimmings, or Roast Cauliflower Steak. And to finish off, a fabulous assiete of Christmas desserts awaits including mini Mince Pies, White chocolate snowballs, and wintery shot from the White Witch herself!
